Day 2This morning we headed out early for bike decorations. Us and about 100 other families gathered on a lawn with red, white, and blue decorations, donuts, and orange juice. The kids finished decorating in a few minutes, but the parade was still an hour away. Addie won a ribbon for best decorated bike in the 4 1/2 category. Turner got tired of waiting and wanted to go home. So, we went back to the pool and he played his little heart out.
The afternoon and evening was rainy off and on. The concert at the amphitheater was rained out. We're crossing our fingers for the fireworks!
Tomorrow is a good chance of rain too, but we should be clear after that. Tomorrow night is date night, courtesy of Meme and Coach Pool.
