Well Turner's party was not as much fun for him as I wanted it to be. The poor kid was still recovering from a stomach virus two days before, and didn't feel great. The cool Thomas cake and all of the great gifts helped cheer him up though. We had an awesome bounce house and slide that he went down only one time. The other kids really enjoyed that, so I guess it was worth it. When I was trying to get him to sleep that night, he said, "Mommy. I had fun at my birthday party." That made me so happy. I said, "You did?" He said, "Yeah. I didn't jump. I just slide and have Thomas cake and goody bags."
