Christmas At Dad and Patsy's

Well, it seemed as if the evening was going to be a disaster at first. Addie succomed to her lack of sleep and was very upset. Turner pouted, clung to me, and did not want to eat. However, the Christmas stars aligned just right and the kids cheered up, ate their supper, and we all got to open presents. Addie "finally got her leapster" and was very excited to play it with her new Wall E game. Turner got a cool motorcycle, cap guns, and a Handy Manny talking tool box that has not left his side since then. Pepaw got a remote controlled helicopter. Patsy got a key holder, Santa towel, place mats, and tennis car coasters. Mark and I and Amanda and Calvin got Tom Toms and gift cards to our favorite restaurants. I had a great time watching everyone play with their new toys...until the helicopter landed on my head and twisted my hair into the rotors. All I could think at that point was that I'd have a mullet by the end of the night and would be sporting a wig for a few weeks. Those stars were apparently still in place because Mark managed to save my hair after a few minutes of diligent work. Thanks honey!
