Think Pink

The city of Southaven has purchased 1,000 pink garbage cans. Residents that want one can pay $10. All of the money is donated to research for a cure for breast cancer. This morning, Turner spotted one and wanted to know why there were pink garbage cans. I thought, "Hmmm. How do I explain this one?" So I told him that the green ones were free, but you could pay for a pink one if you wanted it, and the money would go to people that were sick. He excepted my explanation and thought about it for a little while, then asked, "Can I buy a blue one?"
