Yesterday, Turner discovered a lion pillow at Kohl's. Of course, he just had to have it. It was on sale, and I had coupons, so why not? He tucked that thing under his arm and carried it around the store. When we got in the car, he hugged and squeezed it and said, "I missed you sooooo much!" Then he thanked me for getting it for him. He held it, played with it, pretened to bathe and wash it's hair, and pretened he was a doctor and the lion was his patient. This morning, he carried it into Gwen's by the tail with one hand while he messed up his hair with his other hand. He said he wanted his hair to be "bigger...just like the lion."
